In the last 6 months of LVNDR we have iterated a lot on how we approach team culture, this has mainly been driven by our growing team and the need to innovate as we onboard individuals into a remote office environment.

Spearheaded by our company mindfulness coach Conor Stone we created a series of touch points throughout the week to ensure each member of the LVNDR team feels connected to what we’re doing whether they’re in London, Paris or even Lebanon.

Weekly Culture

🧘💛 Mindful Mondays

We kick off the week as we mean to continue by running a guided mindful meditation session. We’ve found this is vital for our team, to reduce stress, put life into perspective and to increase productivity for the day and week ahead.

🏃👟Walking Wednesdays

Working at a startup is notoriously high pressure, and with that in mind we know it can be hard to take time to enjoy the world around you. To help combat this propensity to work all day and never leave your desk we run a mandatory company walk every Wednesday. Since introducing this we have seen a significant change in the LVNDR teams energy and productivity levels and have been able to largely circumvent the hump day slump.

🍾🍻 Fun Fridays

This, we admit, may be the least original of the trio but we can’t always be unique. At LVNDR we reserve Friday afternoons for the team to become more acquainted with each other, the goal being to lower the barriers to collaboration and operate as a more effective team.
